La Source Restaurant
Vast bay windows give a breathtaking view of the ocean, in a cosy décor of light wood.
The cuisine is full of simplicity and emotion, with accents from the Brittany countryside, respecting the flavours of seasonal products. From the sea: lobster, turbot, crayfish, oysters and samphire greens.
From the farm: Challans duckling, Ancenis chicken, and Noirmoutier potatoes with their delicately sweet taste…
Every thursday evening, a sumptuous seafood diner is on offer (included in full and half-board packages).
